First of all, I've been there and I get it!I know exactly what it takes, what works and what doesn't.
This is how I've created my program just for women like you.
In the past, you may have tried programs that aren't specifically designed for you, are too restrictive or you've been on your own with no one to turn to when times get tough.
My program targets and overcomes what you have tried and hasn't worked.

This might sound cheesy, but you can't put a price on health… It's true, and you'll see!
Expensive? I challenge you to dig deep or track what you frivolously spend money on now and what could change to have $15 per day to invest into you.
(Fancy daily coffees, restaurant lunches, drinks after work)
Food cost - you have to eat anyway. Once you master prepping and planning, you'll actually save on groceries and food waste.
Equipment cost - You can workout at home with some basic equipment or in the gym.
In comparison - Personal training costs $50-$100/ hour.. at 4 sessions per week (same as your app) that's $800-$1600 per month without any nutrition, support, sustainability, guidance and community.
Group classes - $100-$500 per month. Although less expensive upfront and a great addition to any program for overall health; If you have specific goals for your body - this will not be the most efficient way to achieve them, costing you more in the long run.
